Default I started casting replacement Nishijin model-B Jack pot covers

I started casting replacement Nishijin model-B Jack pot covers, I keep needing jack pot covers for lighted main attractions so I made a mold and started casting them. I should have them available on the web site soon.

Looks like an excellent reproduction. Are you using urethane resin? How about a clear/translucent cast? I would be down for a clear one...

    I used Alumilite RC-3 resin.
I don't see a need for a more costly clear unlike the seesaw cover you don't need to see inside and it is on the back of the machine out of sight.

I thought clear would be the natural choice as I believe that all (I could be wrong) original ones are clear. I didn't know that it was more expensive...which would have an effect on peoples willingness to buy, because cost is important to us all! more importantly, for the intended use, as you describe, "covers for lighted main attractions"...seems like the white covers would reflect light better, and more evenly.

Two excellent points ^^. I've done a bit of casting myself. Look into Reynolds Advanced Materials. Although there are cheaper suppliers out there, Reynolds has a WIDE range of materials for casting and mold making.

Please keep me posted regarding your replacement cover!
