Default New to these machines, need help please.

    Greetings all,

I recently got this machine, and all was working fine until the other day. I turned it on, launched a ball, and it went in one of the holes. Now it won't do anything except a continuing cycle over and over. I turned it off, emptied all balls, turned it back and nothing changes. I put some balls back into the back top tray, and nothing changed. It won't launch a ball any longer either, however I hear the mechanism working as it before. Now it just lights up, and cycles through the same routine over and over.

I actually don't even know what I have here except it is a Heiwa. I have attached pictures if that helps any.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sorry. I don't quite understand what is wrong apart from the shooter not working. So I'll go there.

Is the shooter hammer moving ( you can hear the thud thud thud every second) or is the shooter doing nothing.

If the shooter is functioning. Open up the front tray and check for obstructions. Make sure the balls reach the hammer.

If no shooter. Check the dongle is secure in the back and the 1A fuse hasn't blown.

It is a bunny girl machine of some type. Mr. Clam may be able to provide proper I.D. A link to a video of what you are experiencing may help identify the problem.

I have the バニーガール promo book at home. But working away this week. Sorry just reread it. Shouldn't try responding to posts as soon as I wake up.

So the shooter works. Just no balls are being shot.

Open the front glass door only and release the front tray with the little release lever in the bottom right. Then check for any obstructions

Thanks for the guidance. I don't have a key for opening only the glass, so guess I need to add that to the list. I'll try to explain better......It was working just fine, had not being played in awhile. I turned it on, it booted up just fine. I launched a ball, and it went into one the payoff holes(?)....after that, nothing else would happen. The tray on the back was fully loaded at the time.

Also, where can I get a key for opening the glass area?

Thanks again folks, really appreciate it.

Check the the back for a small lever to push to open just the glass, sometimes marked with yellow paint..

your machine is marked with yellow paint.. back left side.. there is yellow paint on the frame and the lever is painted yellow as well..

move that lever and the glass will open.. then once the glass is open there should be a lever you push down and the shooter tray that is below the glass will swing open as well..

look at the back of the shooter tray as well as the shooter area itself for a dust bunny or other object that is keeping the balls from moving forward..

Sounds like the seesaw may be in wrong position and ball stuck there. I'm new to these machine too, but doesn't when a ball gets stuck on that seesaw a lever keeps more balls from going into the shooter. I hope I haven't confused the problem.

That did the trick, so you so much. Now if I can learn to adjust the volume, all would be perfect. It's kind of loud.

    Appreciate everyone who helped,

    Matt

I found two connectors in the upper right hand corner, red one, and a white one. Unplugged them, and the volume is half what is was.....good enough for me.

Most of the time their is a 3 position slider switch on machines from this year. It would be marked with Japanese kanji for small, middle, large or something of the sort. I can’t see it in your photo, but take a look around and you may find it. If you can’t find it, post a couple close up photos of the back and someone can probably help. The kanji to look for are probably :小 中 大
