    Default Fluorescent Bulbs Dim

I have a Paradise Angels machine. The fluorescent bulb for the reels is dim. I have replaced it and it is still dim. Following the wiring, it looks like a "starter" might be in the power box. Am I correct and do I need to disassemble the power box and find the "starter"? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Picture 1 is the new bulb (not lighting all the way up). Picture 2 shows how bright the bottom bulb is, and 3, both bulb wiring goes into Power Box. Thanks

I wouldn't think they would hide the starter in the power supply box. Usually it would be mounted somewhere easy to get to so it could be easily changed. Follow the wiring from the bulb holders and it should be inline somewhere. There should be a ballast for it as well which could be faulty. Is the tube the correct wattage? check that it is the same as the bottom tube.
