Default Nishijin Powerflash ramp to hopper connection fix

    Hello everyone,

Does anyone have a good idea on how to fix the part that snaps together the feeding ramp to the hopper? Mine is broken (was like this when I picked up the machine) and I've been scratching my head for a proper fix. This prevents me from loading balls in the machine because it forces the ramp outward and risk breaking it.

Here's a picture of the said issue. Any insights appreciated!

Looked at the picture; I don't understand the issue, but would a new upper hopper fix this? They are available!

as i recall the ramp has a tab.. that tab fits into a slot on the hopper holding it in place.. looks like the tab on the ramp is broken and not attached to the hopper any more..

Moparformances, you get exactly what I meant. This slots keeps the ramp horizontally aligned with the hopper. The broken part comes from the ramp and not the hopper and without this attached the ramp tends to move away from the frame when balls are loaded.

There might be enough space to pierce a very small hole and set a small bolt with a nut to fasten it together. I'M just scared that it might crack both the hopper or the ramp and make the situation worse.

its broken how can you make it worse??

drill a large hole.. larger then the bolt you have.. that way the bolt will clamp them together insted of creating outward preasure causing a split or break.. take your time and drill the hole slow, light pressure..

Sounds like a plan worth the try. Thanks. I'll try it out once I get the right parts and let you know how it turns out.
