    Default Newbie here with questions.

    Hi all,

This is my first, and likely not my last pachinko machine purchase. I have been trying to identify this machine and from what I have read it appears to be a 1976-1977 Mizuho mahine. The balls that were with it are 16mm (Most balls for sale appear to be 11mm). All the parts are there except the back cover, and front glass-or 2 pains of glass?

Can anyone help with identification - Information on this machine??

    Thanks in Advance.20180519_010748.jpg20180519_010753.jpg20180519_010757.jpg20180519_010802.jpg20180519_010831.jpg

It looks like you’ve got it right in terms of brand and year. Most vintage machines don’t really have much more of a story than that. It is not until modern machines starting using pop culture themes that you could actually have more of a story behind the machine. A single pane of glass or plexi in the slot nearest the playfield is all you need. I prefer glass, but many use plexi to avoid the chance of breakage. Looks like a crack in the upper reward tray that needs repair and a good cleaning are all it will take to make the machine operational. Well, that and the proper balls. That small cover that’s missing from the seesaw is not required for play. Don’t sweat it, many are missing that piece.

Thanks for the Quick replies.. The cover that you see missing I do have. I am excited to get playing. I will have to do a bit more snooping around for proper ball size, but I think the 16mm are correct.

As far as I know. Since pachinko machines were made. They have always been 11mm balls. I wouldn't recommend anything other.
    Nice funky looking machine

Hello YeagBomb and welcome to the group

I was thinking the same thing as Moparformances when I first saw the center piece. Looks cool!
