    There is an adjustment screw in back as well for the hammer strength of the shooter. I believe that's what it's for but I never went there before. You could fiddle with that some.

    Check the video I have in post #5 starting at 3:55? You will see the ball go into the wings after you open them via the bottom pockets as Compirate mentioned. Then once the balls get thru the sensor out in front of his legs the fun begins. Balls might get held temporarily and they need to find that same sensor to get the max amount of play. The counter should reflect the balls and rounds achieved.
