Default how do I lift balls

    Hi all,

I had a ball lifting question. I'd like to get a ball lifter for my 2015 transformers pachinko machine.

Should I get one like this

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Silver-...a0p~n&rmvSB=tr ue

    or the red/orange silver one

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/Pachinko-Ba...YAAOxyHE5RnrLT

    Any recommendations.

    Thanks

Out of the 3 different lifters I have had and used the Daito is best, but out of those 2 I would go for the silver brand orange lifter. On my shiny lifter. I found the main shaft from the lift cog has to much movement and would cause jams. The orange one ran with no problems.

Appreciate the response, I am not familiar with the daito ball lifter and have never seen it for sale. I tend to use Ebay. I think I will go for the orange one

I've only ever seen 4 go up for sale of the Daito ones. I brought three of them

It took every ounce of my being not to have a 13-year-old boy response to the title of this thread. Ball lifters are quite expensive though and not too easy to find. If you are into vintage, I think it would be cool to design your own. There are youtube videos of ones people have created.

Yeah I was not able to restrain myself when listing the title. Searching Ebay can yield unexpected results. Prefer to go authentic and got a orange ball lifter. How many do you have compared to the machines? I was wondering if there is a method to have multiple machines feed off from one lifter using ball guides but could not come up with a design for the ball allocation. Expect it is one lifter per machine

There is a Ball Management section that can provide you with lots of ideas and information. You can build cabinets that house multiple machines and use a single feeder to transport losing balls to the hopper to dispense to the machines. I think the only issue is if you don’t have a large enough number of balls in the hopper that the lifter may not keep up if there were multiple machines in fever mode at the same time.

Originally designed one per machine. The weak point of the orange one is trying to get it to lift higher than designed. Then it lacks power. So trying to get it to lift to a central tank to feed multiply machines is out.

What some people in Japan are doing is using 2 or 4 lifters to get the height to feed multiple machines. By having one lifter raise balls to the second lifter to take them to the top feed tray then down tubes to each machine.

My current idea (Work in progress) is a lifter for each machine. Then have a central feed to each lifter from another lifter.
So most balls get recurculated through the same machine and gets topped up when required.

Appreciate the response and idea's. I would not have thought about stacking two ball lifters, when searching this forum I found a link to a website in Japanese where he did that and build his private arcade. Really creative and I am impressed by the information on this forum. Just got my orange ball lifter in the mail and its a bigger device than I thought it would be. Still getting the hang of it and how to best set it up with my machine. It appears to be made to last and universal for all machines.
