Question New to the Pachinko game, need help

I recently picked up this Pachinko game for $40 don't know much about it. I need help with the back side, does it look like it's all there, is anything broken? Where is the power source? Is it in decent shape?

Hello 40yofreshy and welcome to the group

I'm more into the modern pachinkos but wanted to say HI and that you have a nice looking machine! Others should be along to help with your questions.

    Hello and welcome.
Looks complete less a couple covers which should not effect play.
Power connects to the red and green terminals. 9 volt will work fine, battery or wall adapter.

    Nice find.

Looks like a pretty nice machine for $40! The Daiichi are the only ones that have that slanted front on them.(that I know of..)
The see-saw chamber cover is missing but that won't affect anything. I agree with the power suggestion from the above post. 9V battery is easiest although I hard wire 9VDC adapters to my machines.
Have you tried to load it up and play it? Looks like it should work unless something is jammed up that we can't see.
If you have specific questions, don't hesitate to ask.
If you would like it fully restored and fully functional, let me know.....It's what I do!

I have to order balls for it before I can see if it works. There are 2 balls stuck, are they supposed to be there?

Yes, those two balls are sealed into the see-saw. They help shift the position of the see-saw when a winning balls enters the see-saw.
The see-saw is in the up position now. When a winning ball enters the end of the see-saw, it will tip down, so the winning ball can continue. The see-saw then resets to the up position. If it doesn't the vertical rod with the orange tip is pushed up to reset the see-saw.

I missed that you are a Michigander!

If you are around the Grand Rapids area then I can get you started with some balls. Feel free to comment here or send me a private message later if you want. I should be back online tomorrow.

Smile Check out shooting handle loader

The overflow wire is interfering with the shooting handle loader. Move that wire to the right, on other side of the plastic piece.

Oh you miss it alright! Especially this time of the year when you can experience three seasons in one week's time

I finally got the balls for it. I filled the hopper but nothing happens when I try to launch a ball. When I pull the lever nothing happens, I don't see how the balls get to the track in front of the launcher spring. I feel like there is something out of place but I'm not sure what. Let me know if a better picture would help.resized1.jpgIMG_20180424_192937-1214x1619.jpgIMG_20180424_172038-759x1012.jpg

The shooter wire is definately an issue as Mopar stated. Here is a Daiichi pic.20180424_213621-1.jpg

Also looks to be an issue with the loader. Open glass, remove loader mech (pulls straight up). Remove angled front panel to check the plastic piece is installed correct to keep the plastic arm in back straight down.

I have it apart but I don't see what makes the white piece return to the down position after the launch handle is released?IMG_20180425_142935-1214x1619.jpgloader2.jpg

All the parts look ok to me. Maybe there is a piece missing, sorry, I can't tell right now...

Did you fix the shooter wire? It's definitely bent wrong in the earlier picture and looks like it would interfere with the white piece.

Now that you have the piece loose, does that bottom curved white piece move freely? The counter weight should move it back down
