Default Finding info and values for two pachinko machines (BttF, Gamera, GOD)

So, I've finally started with Pachinko Machine collecting and have 3 (with another on the way!) but with an indie game I'm developing, a trip to Japan in a few months, and an opportunity to get a dream arcade cabinet I've wanted for a while, I may thin things out a bit. What I'm hoping to find out is some values for two of them, and maybe some info on the frames (and cells I can swap) for all three, in case I get some cells in Japan and bring them back.

First and foremost is the Back to the Future one, which when I searched on here I saw a few people offering really high amounts for. Highest on my list for possibly selling it, wasn't sure if there was some other model that was super rare or just going for high values. Wouldn't mind knowing what the frame is or any other games that could go in there, but trying to find any sort of value info has been impossible.

Second is GOD. This is a very modern and gorgeous machine with a full video screen background. Fun thing about this one...I can't find anything. At all. I can't find a single thing about this and because most searches have "god" as something too short to search, I've had even less luck. MAY sell this one but again, would love to get some idea on value and if there's any other cells that would work in the frame itself.

Lastly is Gamera, and it's not getting sold, my girlfriend loves this one and just really wants to know what the frame's name is and if there are any other cells worth getting for it. Again, had a hard time finding a Gamera in this specific frame, much less any info on the frame itself.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Actually, I think you want to search for Million God, but take what you read with a grain of salt. I think the general attitude is that it is a very boring machine and not one that anyone would want to play for very long and it has become a running joke about how the game would be in everyone's Top 5.

I have no idea what the Back to the Future game would sell for. There has been one listed and relisted on eBay for quite a while. They are asking $500 OBO and the machine comes with a cabinet and 100's of balls. Maybe contact one of the members you saw here that are looking and willing to pay a premium price to see what they would offer. I know Robocop also fits that frame. I believe it is a Monaco. Check out this link. You'll see other cells that fit the machine. http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/loca...s.php?catid=19

The boring Million God was the first in the series and was a slot that came out in 2002.. There are now several pachinkos and pachislos with the Million God theme and probably shouldn't be compared to the 16 year old slot since I don't think many of us here have played the newer ones!!

From your picture, I'd guess yours is a Million God Premium from 2010 made by Mizuho.. Although there is a slight variant called Minion God that looks the same.. The name should be on the top right corner of the cell in Japanese..

You may find more info if you use the Japanese to search on google and other sites..

Million God was a raw machine. No frills, either win big or lose the lot. Tbh Hades had enough variation in awards to make it more wholesome. Million God made it huge in parlours because of this, but understandably suffers as a home machine. An old Million God pachinko shouldn't be too heavy on the budget as God Rising and Hades Advent are newer/trending/both.

First off, a HUGE thank you for the answers here, trying to find the God (Million God) one only showed the pachislo so it's a huge help having something to base off of. I mean, I enjoyed it for what it was? It's pretty, the reaches are fun, haven't hit fever yet.

    So, that said...

    1) Any idea on the frame for Gamera, and what else can go in there? That's the main one I know we're keeping no matter what. It appears to be this one but information is scarce on there. http://www.pachinkovista.com/pfactor...dsp=0&gc=&km=1

    2) I've shot messages to people asking, just in case, on the BttF. Sadly, most haven't been on for months so...eh. I did find the ebay one, so that's a good place to start.

    3) If I wanted to sell the GOD one, any idea what a fair price would be? Most others I've been able to cross reference with other listings, sold ones on ebay, other sites, that one just doesn't show up. I'm not asking for top dollar, I just mean a "put it at this, and someone should snag it without too much headache" level.

    4) OR, any idea if the GOD Premium can take other cells?

Hey Willow. I have to agree that Million god is not a fantastic home game. (Ive played it). Your right it is fun for a time but tricky. Their slots seem to work better than pachinkos in my opinion for that brand for some reason. Anyway...I'd start it off around $150/$200 for GOD if I was you. I realize that may seem shockingly low but they arent in demand and to boot not a recognizable US franchise so hard to sell.

To give you a reference I just picked up the newest batman: Gotham City game (very recognizable franchise in US). It was originally listed for $800 and not selling near me. Thats a brand newish machine (at least stateside) and I ended up paying $350 for it...Lots of bells and whistles on it too!

Gamera may be the easiest to sell. BTTF is obviously recognizable...but not very current (and no reboot in sight) so while others may strongly disagree, its "recognizable" the same way "Ernest Goest to Camp is" for me from an in-demand standpoint when looking at ppl trying to sell it and it doesnt have many bells and whistles (maybe $150 for it?).

I will conclude with "people will pay what its worth to them". You may find someone willing to pay $400 for BTTF but depends on your headache tolerance level and patience to move it.

Absolutely good to know about Million God not being a top value kind of thing. That's kind of why I was hoping there was some other cell that's FAR better that I can throw in there, I can just get it on YAJ and bring it home with me. I'm sadly still not finding any info on if there are other cells that work...

The Batman: Gotham one is a high want on my list but sadly, the Dallas area is pretty dead as far as pachinko goes. If a machine does end up online it's normally either a vintage, broken, or far overpriced. Otherwise I'm sure I'd have bought a lot by now.

Gamera, I will probably be keeping but I can't find a damn thing on that cell either and it's driving me crazy, I keep hittimg dead ends.

And yeah, value is in the eye of the buyer, I just had very little frame of reference to get an idea of what is both fair, and also not me kneecapping myself because I wasn't aware.

April 11th to the 24th! We're staying just outside Shinjuku but going all over, and I definitely plan to stop at a parlor at least once. I've been looking to see if I can find any of those abandoned parlors too...

I agree that checking out abandoned parlors would be really cool! However, is trespassing. I don't want to be arrested for trespassing in my home town...much less in a foreign country while on vacation! At least Japan is a civilized country...still wouldnt press my luck!

True. I've seen so many things like that where businesses just...close. Pachinko Parlors with rows of games and balls everywhere, and nothing is happening with them. A friend recently found an abandoned arcade in a more rural area on his trip and I could only imagine scavenging for parts in there...

Yeah, while it's wishful thinking of the raid of abandoned things...I don't think I could do it. Hell, with how beautiful some of those places look, I'd love to just go photograph them. Get some great black and whites in there.

Shameless plug: my YouTube channel was just started and I have videos posted of start up and some game play of the machine. I know you can find other videos but if you want videos of specific things comment and let me know there. I just finished a fever on that game that lasted 3 days! (Not straight but at least 45mins -an hour of play each night!). It got to a point where i was trying to lose (not hit chance button or spin the wheel etc) to end it...because I just wanted to stop but I kept unplugging and playing it the next day (another hour) but I learned quickly that those chance buttons and “mini actions” are completely meaningless! Lol when it is “time to hit, you hit”. I wish I shot a video of me ignoring screen prompts and still getting the exploding Batman bonus that kept extending my fever. If I was in a casino I’d be thrilled, but at home I just wanted it to be over (and my wife wanted sleep).

anyway check out the channel if you want more gameplay or me to film other bonus rounds on any of my games! Dallas is to far from us to make a deal I think or have you come try it out! Sorry!
