Default How to keep Pachinko machine from tipping over?

OK so I got the new Pachinko machine. I got a place to sit it but these things are very narrow and look like they tip easy. What is the suggested way to keep these machines seated with worry they will tip over? I was thinking a bracket on the wall and a bolt to slide in one of the side holes...

get two 12 inch 1x4 and mount on bottom, about 1 inch in on each side, centered so same amount of wood in front and back, this is easy, you can design a cabinet also, there are posts to give you a idea

Am I making holes into the chassis directly or are there pre-drilled holes to accommodate bolts in the machine? While I am doing this do I lay the machine on it's back or side?

Also consider covering the screw heads with something like felt pads to protect what you stand it up on.

always be careful putting any machine on its side... balls and tokens have a way of getting onto places there not supposed to.... if you need to move a machine like that empty it first

So I am playing for about an hour then I started to smell something burning. One of the speakers then goes out and the other is barely audible, not sure if any of the lights were affected most of the exterior lights look OK and the display seems fine. Man this sucks, just got this thing.

Clover seems to think its the volume control and is sending me out a replacement, it did seem loud. I had no idea there was even a volume control.

Due to the low wattage ratings of most volume controls used. If the machine volume is set to high settings and the volume is done off the added pots only. They burn out a lot quicker.

Oh yeah, if you can't go to Japan then bring Japan to you I say. You get a glimpse of the cabinet too, jeesh it flashes so feverishly I thought I was going to have an epileptic seizure.

DOH! Omg those things are just hanging in the back, I can tell getting to know these machines in and out is going to be a mega-learning curve.

There are different volume controls used by the various brands. I have a Kyoraku model with a pad by the shooter tray that can adjust the volume when balls are not in play. Another like that is by Heiwa but I can adjust the volume at any time in or out of play. Also on my Fuji the cells have a dial on them for the volume.

Post a picture of the back as others with the same machine or frame may help out.

Please post some pics of the cabinet. I didn't see any of it in the video but I did enjoy the music and light show.

Here is the volume control, I found it.

Here are some cabinet pics, going to pick up some brackets to secure the frame a bit more but seems to be doing the trick. I am also going to decorate it with some character decals.
