    There was no way to access it from outside so we got creative... 2 chopstick ends jammed in the mechanism keep it open. Door still closes fine with wheel on bottom. Just stays unlocked. Love the machine! 191216_221003_COLLAGE-1.jpg1216192203d~2.jpg
