My First Pachinko Machine and a Question or Two

New question about paint, what kind of paint should I use to do some touch up painting to this piece. I no next to nothing about paints.

That is a great question! I need a source too.

I used to use plastic stained glass (simulated stained glass made of plastic) paints from Hobby Lobby. I could never find online. Or on the Hobby Lobby website
The paint was water based and very thinned out, it would spread around with a toothpick.
The paint was in very small plastic containers and dried out in storage.

Cardwii or Rival ? Please HELP.
