Finished it up today. Still have the frame to do but the machine itself is done. I just hate it when I have hardware left over!
Everything worked first time, but I'll do a lot of testing and tweaking before I'm satisfied with it.

Wow! I bet it looks better than he day it entered the U.S. That's not just a good job, it's inspiring!

Nothing major. Just a few assorted screws. I try to reuse the original hardware but sometimes I substitute new stuff so it makes sense I’d have old screws left over. Although there were three tiny screws and lock washers that I forgot where they came from. Doesn’t seem to affect anything. Got any recollection of where they might have come from?

Yeah, I knew about that. There is a broken piece in the board. Not my doing, but I didn't want to chance buggering the board by trying to get it out.

if you have access to the back side, push it threw... then replace it

looks like you may have missed a screw at the turn before the jackpot.. right in the middle of the 189 degree turn before the ball dump...

i have this same machine looking for parts if you still have them around.

hey there..... I notice your post is from many moons ago. I live in Marin and have this type of Daichi OkumuraYuki pachinko Machine and am looking for some parts to do a complete restoration job on it. Do you still have any parts from your Victory? I'd be interested for sure.

    Thanks.
