Default Vader Battle ball never goes down center from left side

Totally noob a pachino. I got my first machine, I think it is called Vader Battle. I assume the "goal" is to get the ball to go in the "center" of the machine. The balls going down the right side of the machine from time to time goes into the center "jackpot" area, but on the left path, even after thousands of balls, do not seem to ever go to the center, they always take the same path. I have the machine mounted to the wall and I am wondering if perhaps I have it setup/mounted incorrectly. The machine appears to be basically level according to my level but perhaps there is more to mounted one.

Any ideas on this "left path" balls never going to the center?

    Thanks

If I remember. The top pocket should have a manual seesaw in it. And should alternate one to left. One to right. One to left etc etc etc

It's not electronic controlled. But done on gravity and magnets.

Can you not pop open the front glass and use a probe to knock the seesaw to the other way?

Yes there is a seesaw and it is working, after it hits the seesaw there is a circular loop it goes around and can drop in one of three holes. It always misses the hole that leads to the center area. It just flies on the outside of it.

There are 4 holes if I remember right in that circular loop thing. 3 go one way 4th the other. It might be worth just checking your machine is sitting level and not leaning over one way as that may effect play.
Again. there is nothing electronic about it just a one in four chance of going the right way. If none do, then an external factor must be the reason.
