    Turning the machine around and using a little magnetic wand usually works best. Or use a magnetic bit holder for a drill. Reach through the pockets on the front to pull the balls out.

    Worst case is there is one really stuck somewhere and you have to pop up part of the back to get it. (really isn't that hard to do.)
