Bell Rush Bonus Game

I have a Bellco Bell Rush. In the bonus game after every 5 wins you have to reset the machine to keep the bonus game going. Example games 1-5 reset games 6-10 reset etc. Does anyone have any ideas to correct this.

does an error code show up on any leds????

No error codes. It just says end. then you actually turn the key to open the door instead of to reset and it continue the game.

I think i solved my problem. I disconnected the reset switch on the door and the bonus game plays through. The only problem im still having is after every 5 games in the bonus round the machine pays out all of the credits. Is this normal for this model?
