My Aruze machine acts the same way in looking like nothing happens by depressing the spin lever. I think it is common to the brand whereas my other machines will show the odds number blink when depressing the spin lever. From my experience you cannot play with an active error code. The mech could be just worn at this point.

If you are in Michigan then perhaps I could get with you on it?

They look the same but I don't know if they are interchangeable.

As money values go up and down I simply go by 1 yen = 1 cent or the 900, 1000 yen being $9.00/$10.00.
Our US dollar was worth 111.11 Yen on Friday. (use this "900 jpy to usd" as a google search)
Shipping to the US from Japan can add another 3-4 time the product cost. Then add on shipping to you from someone like me if I order it for you. Delivery can range from 3 weeks to 3 months depending on what someone is willing to pay or if someone already has an order getting prepped to ship out of Japan.

Well they say duct tape can fix anything. one little piece fixed my problem for now. I put it right at the upper part of my coin run and now the tokens arent falling out and are registering as a credit. temp fix for now.

Funny thing about duct tape, everyone should have at least one roll.

Did you happen to see this recent thread similar to your issue? In entry #6 Wayne-Ooo has an excellent cleaning tip about the path in which the tokens travel. I'm guessing your duct tape is covering the two tiny sensors.

thanks.I dont think so. I could put a token in from the front at the far left and it traveled fine. if you dropped one from the top it would jump out before it could start to the right. i could drop one and posiiton my finger tip at that point and keep it going through. i have cleaned that mech so much. I might try the polish though. it also has a hopper that jams with thin tokens.

Hi golferdude, just wondering if you ever got your coin mechanism sorted out? If not and you are looking for a replacement, I now have a spare M-4 that works well in my Aruze machine.

Okay if anything changes just let me know. I went ahead and picked up a couple in Japan while getting a machine. Figured I'd have spares for my machines unless anyone else needed one before I might. I wanted to offer them to you and another member first.
