Just had a worker call me up on customer who was going to return a machine at my store. His Reasons for return.

#1. My wife is about to kick me out of the house because this thing is too damn loud.

I then explained how volume controls could be added cheap & easy.
#2. Some coins fall out of the Hopper at times
#3. Theres a hole in the Back! lol

He then admitted that he had made a mistake on the purchase and bought it in haste. This is my first week where I actually sold more machines than I bought. I sure hope I dont get too many customers like this. Well Vendors whats your Best, Worst, Funniest excuse for a return or attempted return ? Mike : )

well disregard the above, the guy just called me now on my cell as I was typing this and has decided to keep the machine, I was appreciative of that. I guess it would still be good to hear from other Vendors on their return experiences. Mike : )

the guy selling at the flea market only took back one machine,

he said,

the guys wife said she would divorce him if he didn't get his money back.

he felt sorry for him because he was so henpecked!!!!!

Yeah, I guess money was tight as it is with many people here in Cleveland. I always do my best to help any customer. I just ordered some of those syscom volume controls in fact, 2 are going right to him. Mike :

I think my comment was more directed to Lucky Dog....but its nice to see we have a helpful face in the crowd.

Just spent the weekend in Cleveland. My brother came down from Calgary to run in the Marathon. He place 337 out of about 1620 and had a time of 3.35. He was rather disappointed (his 4th worst time) as he was hoping to get under 3.15 and qualify for Boston. He said he started cramping about mile 7 and his feet were hurting. He thought he was going to have to drop out.

We did our duty and contributed to the local economy. Stayed at the Arcade, saw Starwars at Tower Center, bought shoes at payless, had breakfast at Opas.

I was kind of disappointed with the R&R hall of fame. I was expecting more of a cronology and some kind of definitive list of who all the inductees were.

We might be back this weekend to visit the zoo. Kids are interested in the rain forest exhibit. Any comments about the CL Zoo ?

Hello, the Cleveland Zoo is Great. I think its ranked as one of the best in the US. Luckydog was talking about another vendor thats why I took the you as me. Talking is so much better than Typing. To get this post back on track : I am looking for Vendors Funniest, Best, Worst reasons for Customer Returns or attempted returns on Pachislo Machines. Mike ; )
