Smile New Ball Lifter Project (WIP)

So I am currently re-designing my pachinko lift design based off the work from Dave. I have created all the drawings, models, bom, assembly and files to document my current process.

So far this design seems to work pretty well as it based from the ball lifters in japan. I am cutting and building the lift at the moment and will include pictures as they are made. The majority of it is being made in a cnc mill, while the gear was 3d printed in a SLA printer made using Delrin.

All my files are linked on google drive so you can see the latest revisions

Smile Re: New Ball Lifter Project (WIP)

I finally got around to starting my lift after a busy month. I made a working prototype of the lifter using a 3d printer and pine board. Seems to work pretty well, the high torque motor pumps the balls out at a good speed.
