Help w/Sankyo Daido identification
I had another friend ask me if I was interested in this machine, but this is the only pic he sent me of it. It's a Sankyo Daido and all I can read is the phrase "7&15". It has a set of slot machine reels in the center.
The machine itself looks like it's in very clean shape - someone has converted it to a pay arcade cabinet. It's mounted in a standup cabinet similar to a thin arcade machine, has a coin door, and (somehow) dispenses a small set number of balls for a coin drop, and pays out in chuck-e-cheese type tickets instead of paying out in balls. It has a motorized lifter to feed the upper tray from the output trays (which both appear to be covered.
It's more modern than the mod-70s machines I have, so I don't know anything about the ones that have that big knob auto launcher thing.
I don't really have the room for a standup cabinet like this in my arcade, but I still kind of want it. He's asking $250 for it which for cabinet and all doesn't sound like a bad price to me.
Anyone know what this thing really is and if $250 for converted, clean, and working, might be worth it?
