Default Sammy ALADDIN 1 coin/3 coins

I have seen what appears to be two different versions of the Sammy Aladdin machine for sale on various sites - one is clearly 3 token, the other appears to be 1/2/3 token. Mine is the 1/2/3/token version, yet when I put tokens in, it wo'nt play until I have put 3 tokens in. Is there a setting (and where is it) to restore the mahcine to 1/2/3 token play?

Ummm, not to ruin your day, but if it won't spin till you have 3 tokens in it then it is clearly a 3 token machine. Companies use the same cases on different models hence the xtra buttons for 1 or 2 tokens.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

Is there any benefit to the player to have either? Or was there ever a benefit other thant to make your S car go?
Was it supposed to change the odds?
I understand the vender wants you to play as many as possible.

Ah, so... Thank you very much. What had me puzzled was seeing both 1 and 3 button versions of the current Sammy ALADDIN case...

I don't know for sure, but I think it's just a hold-over from machines that were built early on.

I have 2 older machines, the Wai Wai Pulsar and the King Jack that you can actually bet and spin with one or two tokens.

Temporarily, go to youtube.com and search for BudgeRahe for videos. Until I get the links set up in the museum
