Lord of the Rings Pachi - A few questions

Hello Everyone! Very excited to be here. I've been searching and browsing through the forums as best I can, but I still have a few lingering questions....

First of all, I'm fortunate that the machine seems to be in excellent condition! Lights, sounds ( lots of loud sounds! ), video reels, physical reels. It's a lot to enjoy.

Right now, I can put tokens in ( 3 ) and then hit the lever and the game starts. If I'm lucky enough to win, I get credits. Is there a way to change it so that it pays out tokens automatically? Right now, if I win, or even insert 1 token, I can press an unlabeled button to the left of 1 bet and it will spit tokens out at me.

From what I've read, I should be able to hold the cancel button down for 5 or 10 seconds to change the behavior from credits to tokens. My belief is that the cancel button is the same as the coin reject/stuck button located under the token slot. Is that correct? And does the key position matter? Should the machine be open or closed?

There are two dip switches inside the front door, does anyone know what those should do?

On the power supply, the red switch can change the odds, which I've managed to successfully do Does it have any other functions?

And last but not least, during gameplay, do the top reels only matter on bonus/jackpot rounds?

I know it's a lot to throw out at once, but I'm hoping that over time I'll be able to contribute back as well!
