Default Gladiator Pachinko - 2 basic questions

    Hi Group -

Just picked up a Gladiator Pachinko, and I am hoping someone here can help with 2 quick questions:

    1) Is there any way to adjust the odds of winning the slot machine portion of the game? (I have spun those reels over 100 times with no winners!)

    2) Is there a way to disable the automatic shooter? I tried unpluging the shooter motor, but then I can't even shoot 1 ball.

Thanks for ANY help / advise you can give!

    Barry :

As far as adjusting the odds the only thing I know of is bending the nails . You might want to ask the master nail bender here (the man with the purple hat = arby) as he is THE gold hammerin' Kugishi "Master Nail Bender"! But that won't change the odds for the reels themselves. It will just get them spinning more often.

On my automatic ball shooter if I hold the shooter to where I want it and then press down on the small lever/button thing that is past the outside of the shooter metal ring, I can pulse it to shoot one ball at a time by letting go of that lever/button thing quickly and then repressing it.

CONGRATS BTW for having your fantastic gameroom featured by Gameroom Magazine ! (February 2005 issue). I used to subscribe to it and I happen to have that copy so I'll do a little closer reading now that I know your a fellow pachitalk.com member !!

Barry, you need to resize your pics and post them here: http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/show...highlight=pics

Or, at least put a post with a link to your gameroom pictures in that forum.

    Very nice!!!

    Barry,

Welcome to the group! It's nice to see another Marylander on here. Love the gameroom. Haunted House AND Banzai Run! Two of my all-time favorites! I haven't seen an Airball for at least 25 years! Too Cool! The only thing missing is a couple pachislos.

    Just a follow-up -

    I found the "pause" button!

It is about the size of a pinhead and black (just like the surrounding plastic). It is flat to the plastic & a little rough - I'm guessing that it was "adjusted" some time in the past, as it is now almost invisible and unusable.

Not a big deal really, since I am still trying to figure out a way make the 1 ball-per-shot a system default rather than an active option.

I really want to thank you guys for continually insisting that this button was there - I never would have found it with your pointers.

Thanks, again - and I hope to return the favor one day!

No problem, just buy everyone a pachinko!
    Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.
