Tried them out and they work fine except they got hot pretty fast. So I may make a batch of home made ones with correct resistor values.

using a 100V step-down transformer I measured the colts for the lights at just under 29 volts. the factory transformer has several voltages listed for the various components and one of the values is 25.5 so I figure that has to refer to the lights. No other numbers are close to that. If I recall, this is the highest voltage of all my machines and explains why the ones I tested yesterday heated up.
This is the machine I'm working on:

Very cool looking machine, I like it. Both my Fuji and the Taiyo are 28Volt outputs at 100VAC, at 120 VAC they run closer to 29Volt. I used 3K resistors in parallel, the LED's are using about 17 - 18 or so mA.

Thanks. I think that was my 3rd arrangeball and the first one that I really enjoyed which is why I still have it. Has a couple of bonus buttons that allow you to activate 2 numbers each and the bonus carries over to the next game if not used. It's also the only arrangeball I've seen that lets you change what is a winning combo and how much it will pay. There's a series of dip switches that control for example, whether or not the four corners or diagonals pay out and how much.
Ill use your specs as a starting point for my LEDs.
