    Default Robocop shooter not working

This isn't a section I normally dive into but I decided to try and work on a robocop machine for a customer. The shooter motor is not working. I've cleaned the contacts in the knob. Checked continuity through the knob and its fine. Also checked voltage going to the motor and that too is fine. (about 1-2v DC on standby and 11-12v DC when knob is turned.) So I'm thinking the the motor itself might be dead. The customer said they got the motor to move once or twice when they were fiddling with it. I may also try to hook up 12v DC direct and see if it spins.

Also as a side note the sound doesn't appear to work and neither does the little display on the front of the tray. The customer doesn't care much about the sound but in case that may lead to some problem with the motor.

Pictures attached. Any help is appreciated. Or if someone possibly has a spare shooter motor to sell.
