That is a very nice setup! What is powering it? A RPi?

Is that a pedestal? I might recommend one of these if you're going to put it against a wall somewhere: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Yes, that's a wall mount that lets you do "TATE" mode, aka Portrait mode, with a flat panel. We've got one holding up a 47" flat panel for use with our (currently prototype) MAME machine. It rotates obnoxiously easy, just one hand. It doesn't lock terribly well, but that's really a minor quibble for us.

Nothing like playing Punch Out! using the correct monitor "stacking", or Donkey Kong with Kong being something like 6" tall. My husband can play his Cave shmups in the correct orientation.

Looks good! Going to add a track ball for Golden Tee and some light guns?

Lynnindenver thats funny I just ordered that mount. I also made it modular so I can bring the assemble with help outside and hook it up to my 155 in projector and outdoor movie screen.

I and debating adding the track ball for gt and others and a light gun. Need to get some more side work to feed the addiction of my game room lol

I think you'll enjoy the mount. It does exactly the job I wanted it to do.

Thanks for that I ordered a different one before that said full motion and it did not rotate so I had to return it. Others I found were over $200 +

I am debating rigging it with an audrino to create an auto rotate function but I may just go simple. The rotation on it smooth and does it lock in to place and unlock easily ?

Rotation is very smooth. It also unlocks very easily. Do note that it doesn't really lock as such - you can basically center it on the notch once you have it in position, but the locking force is almost nonexistent. Just enough to let you center it up, and not move when nudged against by accident, but not any more than that. It's meant to be easily rotated, after all. It takes a little practice to figure out how much you can nudge it in the centering, and how much causes you to overshoot the lock. But overall, when I first installed it, I was expecting the minimal locking to be a potential problem, and it isn't in practice.

It might be possible to set up an auto-rotation on it given that, but we're just going to keep ours manual in order to keep things simple.
