hi alli was thinking of giveing a FINDERS FEE....if anyone one sees a allwin (or parts) for sale on craigs list and i ended up getting it i would pay a 10 percent finders fee.if the game sold for ,lets say $600.00 dollars then you would get $60.00 just for letting me know...does that sound fair????scottie

Sure it's not the offer it's just that people can't find them.
Come to the East Cost of the U.K. Sunny Clethorpes.
They still have some in an Arcade.
A square four falling to bits but the guy wont sell.
He looks about 90 years old, so maybe his son will sell it soon
Hanabi used to go to a place in Bridlington that was full of them, I think it's gone now.
Half the fun is in the chase, If you could get lots of them no one would want them.

Yes I used to go and play all the Allwins at Old Penny Memories in Bridlingon, it was a hands on museum and the owner and his family had lots of old penny machines, some in storage and some they put on display to play in their large premises on the seafront. That building was sold and they relocated to a small unit in the shopping centre, but again that shop unit got re-let and I understand they only go out for 'pop up' exhibitions these days.

I know they had a LOT of machines, I was even offered an old vintage pachinko but it was nothing special, in pretty bad shape and too much money so I declined.

Here's the link to their facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/oldpennymemories/

perhaps message them and not sure if you are thinking of importing one perhaps? but you could probably ask if they have any contacts or leads in the USA, it could be worth a try

This machine must have been changed at sometime for the U.S. market, as we don't have Navy mints in the U.K.
We have the Polo mint which was often used as a prize in the Allwins machines.polo.jpg

I much preferred winning the Fruit Polos, when I was a little girl I thought these machines were magic

I used to post the allwins, Lindstroms and interesting old penny machines that caught my eye on ebay etc,

Used to post them in the ebay section for a few years, but sort of stopped as I didn't think anyone (except me ) was particularly interested

but I could keep a lookout and post again, obviously my links would be UK ones

    Hi Hanabi
that would be great....parts/ spares would be perfect.....as the machines have really shot up in price i the U.K. ( plus the exchange rate really kills getting a good deal ) and a lot of sellers dont like mailing anything out even to people in their own country ( pick up only )
