Yeah, but that HO Jeannie is likely to run off with your best bud Roger, whereas June will be there forever. And remember this, "No one knows what goes on behind closed doors!"
Ive had a few hot girl friends & one hot wife. What a pain in the buttocks they were in comparrison to the not quite so hot. In fact, one of my greatest loves was a kinda semi ugly woman but...
What the hell am I talking about anyway?????????
I guess Im blessed in that I havent played a Spinluck & that I dont know what Im missing. But maybe one of these days...

Oh the Spin Luck sounds like it would really be a keeper, no question about it. Who knows, if I save my tokens and pennies, someday I may be lucky enough to get one.
Check my member page here or...

Temporarily, go to youtube.com and search for BudgeRahe for videos. Until I get the links set up in the museum

    Well stated Tulsa !

What gets me is this bidding "to see where it is" stuff etc. Here we have a SPIN LUCK Pachislo that maybe someone could snipe at below 400.00 and we have members here bidding on it with 4 days to go? Sorry but that just ruffled me feathers a bit to see that and I apologize for being so vocal but come on guys and girls let's learn how to bid on these and we all will be better off. True you won't see your name on the bid list but if you learn how to snipe bid in the last few seconds there is a possibility that the price may be lower than usual. And who knows...you may win it!

We all have our jealous moments and mine continues to be not being able to cough up the money for that officially licensed Harley Davidson pachislo ! I imagine it may be better than the SPIN LUCK in playability etc. but the 1000+ price tag is a bit beyond this old retirees budget....

    Thata a low number !

I would imagine that number 0001 or number 5000 will be the most valuable ones?

The dirtiest words ever said on prime time was uttered by June Cleaver "Ward - don't be so hard on the Beaver" - episode #473. I would still take Jeanie.

Im gonna make your point for you azlew:

    Look at this:
    http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d...tem=6180976105

    Now look at this:
    http://www.slot-pachinko.com/2004PACHINKO.HTM
scroll down till you find the matching item...

And I wouldnt be surprised to see it go even higher!

This morning I sent electricblonde a little email concerning the method of winning bids as prescribed by the members of this very site we spend so much time on. I havent heard from him/her but hopefully he/she will quit spoiling my/our bids with his/her wicked ways.

I wouldn't be surprised to see BOTH prices go higher... auction AND website!
Bidding like that tells a vendor that the machine must be hot, and forces the price up for everyone. All over a few noobs and twits that just gotta see their name as current high bidder, at a really high price... DAYS before the auction will even end. It accomplishes NOTHING other than start a bidding war.

As far as the Spin Luck goes... heck... why don't we ALL just go in there and bid the thing up through the roof.

Then let's do it to ALL the other pachis out there. Yeah... THAT'S the ticket!!!
Let's price ourselves right out of this hobby. Won't that be fun???

I guess I'm with you on this one, Lew. Don't feel bad about being vocal when you see people doing dumb things like this. Maybe they will learn something.

And like you, Tulsa, I wonder if they ever will.

Sometimes you have to put bids in early. What if you are not going to be around a computer when the bidding ends? My job keeps me busy and sometimes takes me away from my home and laptop for long periods. If there is something I want to try and get I will bid on it and hope things work out. Sometimes you get outbid and thats life. I will not use a program to bid for me as I do not know if I could trust a third party program with my information, thats one reason your bid will go up to you max bid.
    and a few others.

Use a sniping program on YOUR OWN computer! No third party needed! Auction Sentry! I will say it again . Get it, use it, and keep the prices down! It has paid for itself a number of times over. Any information you put into it to use stayers on your computer and uses that info the same as if you do a bid yourself.how do you think I got my spin Luck? For the price I did?

Instead of messing with a SL, why not go for a Harley???

A true premium machine. Less than 1000 manufactured and all that SL has and much, much more.

Well... there goes the price of Harley's!!!

Now THEY will go through the roof, and be outrageously priced.

    Oh... wait...

    They already are.

    Nevermind.

Again I have a laptop that only is on and connected when I am at home. Would you not have to have your computer on all the time to use the program?

OK things are starting to get ugly here. As a newbie coming to this site, you can't help but get all excited about these machines. It becomes obvious very quickly what machines are in demand...and a newbie just wants to get his hands on one to experience what you senior members already have. The senior members, a little wiser from experience will sit back, watch patiently and then pounce. We are just learning that now, but as soon as we get our sh** together, a whole new group of newbies will be here making the same mistakes we did. I think you need to put together a little "crash course for newbies" during the registration process. Pachi 101 perhaps that we need to read before we can start Posting. WIN/WIN, we don't have to be idiots and you don't have to go through the same frustrations with us over and over again.

Sorry Brad of Minnesota but it doesn't make sense. Take a look at the auction now : 281.55 (another bid from a fellow pachitalk.com member )with 4 days to go. Now if I went on and put my bid in (using your example that I know I can't be there at the end to place the bid myself) I would have to be realistic and say ok I know this will go for over 400.00. So Hmmm I will bid what I can afford 475.00 hoping that that would stay clear to the end the highest bid. Not likely to happen and all I did was accelerate the price by doing that. This is why people pay other people to snipe bid for them (there are several trusted services that do this and you should look into it...please) or leave their computers on and use auto snipe software. If you were the only person that bid early and often then it wouldn't raise the prices much but since (as we can see by this auction) others join in doing the same thing, it creates a pyramiding pricing that Ebay and the sellers love but bidders hate.

As it turns out : I love to see SPIN LUCK auctions go high as it just validates my investment.
