Default Furthest you ever traveled to pick up a machine

    Fun little question thread.

What is the furthest you have personally traveled to pick up a machine be it either Pachislo or Pachinko?

Furthest for me was 10 hours round trip by car. From Eastern PA to the very edge of Western PA for a Martian Successor Nadesico Pachislo.

8 hours 1 way, 465 miles...Dayton, Ohio to Silver Springs, Maryland. For my 1st '50s pachinko. The asking price was fair...but the road trip made it an expensive machine.

My furthest was a drive of 300 miles, 4.5 hours each way to Cleveland where I picked up 2 Pachislo’s, Nana 7 Café and Ultraman Club ST. That was a fun road trip and I enjoyed spending time with Neil learning about his Pachislo business.

My machines arrive at my front door. So I guess about 1 yard.
Well ok. My first machine I picked up after work in Bristol. Problem was I was working in Canary Wharf in Docklans London. I think it was 4 hrs to get there and 2 1/2 hours to get back.

    Personally travelled?

well about 10 mins to Beverley (which actually is amazing here in UK as they are reasonably rare, we don't really have many pachis to start with, unlike our US friends)

I am lazy and usually just pay a Courier, I got one picked up over 100 miles away and made the Courier wrap it in blankets and fasten it in on the front passenger seat with the seatbelt round it. Think the Courier costs were more than i paid for the Packinko and it was only a vintage but hey I wanted it

About 425 round trip to get a computer pachinko that doesn't currently work correctly.😣
I'm not addicted to Pachinkos. I can quit at any time. Did I tell you about the three machines that I have on the way?
