Vintage Nishijin broken part

I bought a pachinko machine off of eBay. (My first mistake) I got very lucky and the machine was in good shape and mostly works. There is a broken plastic piece that partially prevents payout. I would love to buy the part if someone had a spare. If someone can take a picture of what the part should look like, I would try to make one. Yes, I have a dremmel tool. Any ideas would be appreciated.

In the 70's I grew up with one in my house. I would play for hours. I'm 57 with a 7 year old son. He loves the machine but he gets frustrated when he can't get a payout. I am enclosing two pictures. One is the front of the machine. The second is a picture of the broken part. It is cream colored and the jagged edge can be seen in the photograph. Thanks again.

Thanks fr the responses! There is more to the broken part than I realized. Here is a picture of the whole back of our machine. Thanks for all the help.

Hello. That's a very common machine so it shouldn't be too hard finding the part. There is one for sale near me, however the seller didn't post a price, only to make an offer. If you don't have any luck finding your part I'd be happy to make an offer on your behalf and send you the part. No additional costs, just the price of the machine plus shipping for the part.
