Neo PlanetT reset

I ran out of tokens in the hopper so I put tokens in the hopper then turned the door key to the left to reset the machine. The machine would not reset, so I had to do a full reset. Is there something wrong with my procedure or with the machine?

there is a button right below the elvision screen on the inside of the door, you can press that for a minor reset without using the reset key.

Lucky, are you talking about the button that is also used to change odds?

well that is definitely the odds setting button and I don't know what the slide switch is for. Are you talking about the odds setting button?

That's what I'm asking Lucky. My reset works with the key turning left.

Okay, Lucky, is that little slide switch (set to 'on' in the pic) the one that controls if you have to reset after a BB or not? :confused:

i'm sure it is, because there isn't any on the power suopply,

my sinbad adventure has 2 slide switches turned on there also with none on power supply.
