    I'm back

I Havn't been on here for a long time due to not being able to log in! I am moving into a 3 bedroom house soon and the girlfriend has only agreed to let me have one of the bedrooms as a games room This means moving my current 8 pachislo' and 2 Pachinko's into it from my current game room she'd at home. Will upload the progress pics of the games room.

Once you buy one machine you can't stop

Sorry for not updating sooner, I've finally gotten around to hanging the pachinko on the wall - I found it a bit scary due to the weight and the fact I've never wall mounted something like this. It feels pretty solid to me but I'll probably still be a bit anxious until it's been hanging on the wall for a while.

    Not sure this will help.

Rule of thumb is each fastener in a stud can support 200 pounds or 14 stones...

Thanks, its a solid interior wall though so unfortunately I don't think it would apply - it's possibly breezeblock as I seemed to hit a cavity after drilling about 5cm (I think most houses in the UK have solid interior walls - certainly all the houses I've lived in, stud walls seem to be very common in USA from what Ive read.)

I'm fairly confident that it's fixed securely, I was virtually hanging on the cleat myself before I put the machine up. I used five 10mm coach bolts with wall plugs to fix the cleat to the wall so hopefully it should be enough. I'll keep an eye on it just in case, I'm particularly concerned about when the cabinet door is open as I can imagine all the weight is then trying to pull the cleat and bolts out of the wall but it does seem solid even with the door open and fully loaded with balls.

It's great to have it on display finally, the old machines look really nice in my opinion and far more fun and interesting than hanging a picture on the wall .

I've made a small modification to my machine - it now has flashy RGB LED jackpot lights

I made a post in pachinko modifications about it but here's a video of it in action:

I've made one more addition. I needed a ball tray to collect the balls as they fall out of the bottom of the cabinet but wanted something nicer than a tupperware container so I've made my own from MDF.
