Default Aruze Hanabi Fireworks Help Needed

    Hello Everyone
    First post here
I have a Aruze Hanabi Pachislo at least I think that's what it is lol. I do not have a key for the machine's front door, was wondering where i can order a new lock and key. Also the 3rd reel light inside the reel or drum seem to be very yellow compared to the other 2 reels and flickers on and off from time to time. I would love to know if I can purchase a replacement. I checked the board itself and wiring harness, all look in great shape, no burns or anything. Thanks for all the help and your time IMG_2034.jpg

It's a common problem with your machine, Hanabi Hyakei and others in the same cabinet. Like Sinbad, Beast Sapp and others.
It's not a matter of IF your lights will dim, it's a matter of WHEN.

There are no Parts Suppliers for these machines. The machines were never intended to be repaired. So, to fix the problem you need to replace the LED's yourself or find someone to do the repair. If you want to replace the led's yourself, here is how I did it.

I bought the LED's from QUICKER ELECTRONICS. You will need 18 led's, 6 per reel.

Remove the LED circuit board from it's housing. Using wire snips, cut and remove resistors R2, R4 and R6. Desolder the original LED's from the circuit board. I used desoldering braid.

Clean the areas where you desoldered the LED's with Isopropyl Alcohol.

Now solder the new LED's onto the circuit board. The LED's need orientated onto the circuit board the correct way. The LED's have a "clipped corner" on them, so they are easy to orientate. (Look at the pictures below).

That's it! They are ready to put back into the housing.

I really haven't done much soldering and never done any desoldering. With the desoldering braid it was fairly simple, it "sucks up" the old solder.
This was fairly easy to do, with a little patience.

(The pictures of the circuit boards are from Ikaria's post @ PachiTalk.
The picture of the Sinbad reels are from my machine.)
