Default Help: Need Replacement Rubber Ball Striker

I just got an older HEIWA machine and the striker/hammer is almost a powder. Where can i get a replacement, or do i need to cast one myself?

Welcome to pachitalk! I am assuming you need the metal "hammer" that has a spring on the tip that strikes the ball. How about a pic of what is left. Sounds like yours is made of aluminum...if it is turning to powder. I'm not sure they are all the same.

    Nope, rubber.
What are you talking about? I'd like pictures of that.

I tried uploading a photo of the rubber hammer from my phone... It went horribly wrong. I had to retype the post three times before it actually worked. I sort of gave up on describing everything. But now I'm back home at my computer, So pictures of everything!

Here is a picture of it from after I accidentally stepped on it.

(important note: the base part with the hole in it, was in three pieces. it looks in tact, but its just positioned for measurements.... which i never got to...)

Any help would be helpful. I might try to make one out of aluminum.

    p.s. Its sticky...

Wow! I have not seen a rubber one before. How about a pic of the whole front...just because I am curious now. I am guessing "early modern" with an electrical shooter knob...as opposed to a "vintage" with a spring loaded flip lever.
I am not sure how to help as all I have ever seen has a small spring on the tip. I'll post a pic when I get home from work tonight. Got to hurry up and clock in...running late!

Oops...forgot to take pics last night! Here are pics of 3 spring loaded mechanical shooters from vintage machines on/around my workbench. First one is from a single shot Heiwa.KINDLE_CAMERA_1459557585000.jpg This one from a Marudai New Prince.KINDLE_CAMERA_1459557708000.jpg And finally a Three Star.KINDLE_CAMERA_1459557654000.jpg Notice the metal shooter arm has a small spring that strikes the ball. It strikes it "dead center"...otherwise it will shoot off in a crazy direction. I also have an "early modern", and a "modern" machine. I believe they also have tiny springs that strike the ball. I'll take some pics of those tomorrow. I don't think I have ever seen a rubber striker before.
