Plan is to add some LEDs and pretty much everything else will be stock.
I'm enjoying this one.
Inside the ATTACK gate, the look I'm going for is a fire inside a wood burner.
Video is horrible for LEDs to begin with; so this is shared "for what it's worth"

Please note that reverse engineering a circuit board from 2 pictures is NOT the best way to do this, and it's possible... er... probable that there are errors. If you see any, please let me know.
