Default Sankyo fever queen balls out trip wire connectio

just got a Sankyo Fever Queen. This is my first vintage Modern machine and can,t wait to clean it up. Running through the machine I have come across what i think is dislocated ball out trip wire and another wire that goes across to a motor. Does any one have this frame and could give me a picture of the correct installation. I could also use some info on what this wire does. When it is pulled out a motor starts and when pushed in it stops. Oh by the way five machines down and I'm still a newbie.IMG_1040 [49360] sankyo fever queen button.JPGIMG_1041 [49362] sankyo fever queen ball out lever.JPGSankyo Fever Queen.JPG sorry about the pic file sideways i need to figure that out.

Is it not a device that stops the shooter from working if the lower tray is full

thats very possible. Does the number two wire go on the right side of the plastic lever or the left side. Is it meant to push the button in or pull the button out. I know that the number 1 wire is for the upper tray and I am assuming that it goes under the plastic lever so that it pulls up when the tray is out and stops the ball feed to the launcher. Is the plastic lever supposed to be longer like on vintage machines? I havn't run it with a full load of balls yet. I wanted to clean it up a little before a full blown test. That and the shooter wouldn't work. This could be cause of the lower tray sensor screwing up. Back to basics with first thing first. Clean, Load, and then check systems. It is still a mystery to me what the button does. In and it starts a motor running, out and no motor. Thanks again for your dedication to pachinko it has been a great learning experience.

I've got this exact same frame with my Sankyo Flying Carpet hanemono. I just inspected the mechanism, from what I can tell there is nothing dislocated in your pics, those wires simply touch the clear plastic thing which acts as hinge/switch ...they are not supposed to be attached to it in any way. I'm not sure what thats for exactly....all I know is my machine works perfectly and seems identical to yours .

Is it not working properly or can you give more details on whats broke in particular? There's also the classic question....is there enough balls in it?

Correction: looking in the pic in your first post it looks like the wire should be to the RIGHT of the clear plastic hinged switch.

I had a similar issue with my Stellar 2000 machine. I had to bend what you are calling wire 2 a bit to put a little bow in the wire. It wasn't quite releasing the micro switch if I remember right. If your cleaning and reloading doesn't fix it please let us know and I can pop the machine on the bench and take a few photos.
