Cutie Fruit won't stop beeping

Hello, first of all Merry Christmas! I'm a pachislo newb, so please excuse my ignorance, I gave my son an older 90's pachislo, Sammy Cutie Fruit. It was working fine until it just started beeping nonstop; it's got around 500 tokens in the hopper, I've tried unplugging, then try flipping the reset switch....which results in buzzing from the coin dispensing area for about 10 seconds before the beeping starts up again. Any ideas what to try next or is there a generic manual for a Sammy machine of this vintage perhaps?

with the power off you should be able to turn the hopper by hand.. empty it and stick your fingers the the coin slots like a bowling ball and give it a turn..

Thanks for the tip...I emptied out the coins and while feeling around the hopper found a small key jamming up the works, it's the key that fits below the reset switch. I guess it fell down in the hopper during transport. It's all set now and working normal!

Unfortunately now I have a new problem I could use some help with....good news is there's no loud beeping this time; just showing an error and unplugging and trying the reset switch isn't working Not sure if it's related or not, but shortly before the issue started I won a bunch of bonus games, it was flashing lights and playing music for some time while most every spin was paying off until I got the "big chance" light and the betting goes up to 15 medals (instead of 8).....then nothing happened, none of the buttons on the front would respond and coins would just fall right out. (It did have coins in the hopper). So I tried the reset switch....that worked for a while but now I'm getting this error and unplugging, resetting, and removing the coins and confirming not a hopper issue has left me stumped.

kinda looks like a "5 5" or "c c" error??

have you turned the door key to the left for a soft reset(I'm assuming this machine has this option)? Will it clear? typically if a soft reset or full reset clears the error I have found loose wiring in the door. Have you gone through and unplugged and re plugged all the connectors? I know it looks like alot of them but this has really helped with all my machines.

I'm not positive what the 55 error means, one of the more knowledgeable members will probably be of more help.

Just in case it's anything to do with the machine requiring a reset after a bonus round (ignore if you're already checked this)

but here's the usual info I post:

Two switches on the power supply:
- One requires a soft reset at the end of a bonus.
- The other pays out all tokens at the end of a bonus.

For these switches in most cases off is in the down or right position. The for off and on are:

無 = off

有 = on

Thanks again everyone....I didn't realize there was both a hard reset procedure and soft reset by turning the key to the left. I'm learning more about this contraption every day! I've got it functioning normally (knock on wood) once again after figuring out I had to turn the inside key first to the right, then try the reset switch. I then played the machine until I got a bonus round and did a soft reset with the outer key to get it back to normal.
