Get a good rope and string them up on the spot . Oh wait we have to give the Pirates a warm ,clean place to live and sleep Full Medical coverage and 3 Hot Meals a day and a work out area . and that's when they are Found Guilty of the crime .
Meanwhile Holidays are wreck for the law abiding folks .

in Tampa a couple with their baby in the car was stealing packages from porches,
someone ran out after them and in their hurry to drive away they crashed their car
cops got them and all the packages
