Please help identify my latest antique shop find.

Hello PachiTalk community, I wonder if you may know something about my newest addition to my pinball collection. This pre-war(?) pachinko-like curiosity is just crying-out to be cleaned, restored, lit and hung on the wall to look cool. There's very little left inside, other than three manually-pulled ball drop mechanisms, two light bulb sockets and a 10V AC buzzer.

Do you know what type of machine this is?
