By the way, my Penguin/Apollo one frame started having same ball blockage issues this week, no payouts, and “short supply” light on. What worked for me was completely removing the ball chute that goes from the hopper to the ball counter, and removed the panel where the balls are fed into the payout motor; there’s a white plastic ball path thing that diverts the balls in an “S” shape that can be completely removed from the frame for cleaning (both inner and outer ball tracks). Then scrubbed off all the grime on the ball tracks with hot soapy water and cleaned everything really good; basic maintenance basically. Also need to make sure the wires around the payout motor and ball counter don’t get caught in the cover panel when putting it back together! But it can be done in 10 mins with a Philips head screwdriver! Works great again! 😁
