Been playing a bit. Seems to shoot 16 balls and pause. I wondered about weak shots that fall into the lower tray. Apparantly shooter count is not what pauses the shooter. Needs 16 pockets to pause. However, it pauses befote the last ball falls. In other words, you can launch 100 balls, but your wrist was weak, and most did not make the playfield...the shooter will pause after 16 balls are in play. The shooter pauses, and waits to see where the balls fall...then paysout,then resumes shooting. I don't know how it knows when to pause...but it only pauses after 16 balls have reached the playfield. Still not sure all about payouts...but 4in a row pays at least 13. The nail pattern makes sure that this is not easy!
