So I have finished my other pachinko... Everything is grand and playing great so I started on this one. When I fill the hopper the center piece "releases" all the balls through the back And a few through the front ? I'm at a loss everything appears to be there but just won't hold the balls. I'd assume it just needed to pay out but I've ran over 1000 balls through and still same results and why it's coming out the back?... Idk lol. Help please :-)

There is a lever on the right side near the top for the ball dump, check that to see if it is dumping the balls down that shoot. May need to move it to the other position.

They seem to go down to fill the ... Jackpot payout slot behind the centerpiece and straight out the back shoot and part of them will end up in the "winnings tray". I'm sorry I don't know the verbage yet lol

If they make it to the jackpot holder, then there must be an issue with the jackpot linkage, you may have to remove it to see why the stop is not working. There must be linkage to hold the jackpot till a winning ball passes the seesaw which in turn releases the jackpot. I can't quite tell from your pic.

Ok, looks like you have a jackpot issue, the metal bracket is no closing far enough to lock onto the two hooks that hold it closed. Is the one side bent?

Better pics, looks all correct. A winning ball into a pay pocket or tulip will travel through the seesaw, ride the lever down (which drives the other end of the lever up, releasing a payout), and fall out the bottom. Try simulating it by moving the levers, you will need to move the levers in the lower ball track to a position they would be if balls were there holding them down.

well im not 100% sure but there should be some sort of stop mech.. when the machine trips a jackpot the lever opens the jackpot and that action stops move balls from entering the jackpot.. then as the balls fall out they hit the plunger and this releases the winning balls this alows the jackpot arm to swing down and allowing the jackpot to gravity close.. as it closes the top stop0 opens allowing 12 or 14 balls to fall back into the jackpot..

sounds like you defiantly have a problem..

unfortunately i dont have a machine like that right now to post better details..

I think you will need to remove the jackpot, the stop inside should look like this.IMG_20150929_194523.jpg

Ok so I think I found the problem. You guys are right it's the jackpot mech. Something broke the plastic "guard that holds the stop mech together. The guard holds a pin in place so it doesn't fall out. I'm going to have to print a new mech I think but it is working for now ! I used just a dab of glue on the pin so it doesn't fall out. I wonder how that got broke... But then I found a steel ball that was jammed in the chute that is much larger than all my other balls... That will learn me for not checking out everything before I buy

the way we learn to buy good machines is to buy a few broken ones.. i have bought machines missing major parts before.. when i got home and took a look i was wondering what i bought..

bought a modern machine once.. when i got home the whole shooter motor was missing.. ya the whole damn thing.. dont have a clue how i missed that.. live and learn..

if ya can fix it then your better off for the experience
