    Default HE error

I just bought this, and Im trying to figure it out. I get a Hopper Error (HE). I have pulled the hopper out, to make sure there were no tokens lodged into it. I still can't get it to spit out tokens. Before I reset it. It would shoot them all out. I can't seem to find a hopper reset button. It's a B.C. 20,000 and help is greatly appreciated.

if i remember right HE means the machine thinks the hopper is missing or not connected.. ya might look for a loose plug or broken wire

    and of course

I thought that it mean the hopper was empty? But even when it has tokens. Hmm. I just see one connector and that is the wire that goes to the power supply.

Welcome to PachiTalk, I have moved your thread from the vendors section to Pachislo Tech Support for you

I believe HE does usually mean the Hopper is empty or there are not enough tokens in the hopper

If you are new to pachislos in general, then you may find our Pachislo Operations Guide in PDF format helpful

    here is the link:

Sorry I'm not familiar with that model, but hopefully other members can offer you some advice on trouble shooting

It was obstructed. I got it to move freely by hand. Re-assmebled, but nothing happens. The 1st time I plugged it in, it discharged all of the tokens. Then I got the HE Error. I have about 250 tokens in it, but I would think that I would hear the hopper motor running? It is plugged in. It's just one cable. Is there a way to test the hopper?
