    Post 3D Printed Pachinko Parts

Figured it would be best to start a new thread on this rather than continue it in the making new parts thread.

I recently have actually been 3D printing a few parts for various machines now. It usually doesn't take me long to make the files and for when I just need one part it works out great. It also gives me some freedom to modify parts if I know of a common break point or to make it look nicer. However, all the parts I upload here will be as close to original as possible or slightly modified to guarantee it will print correctly.

I have previously used Alumalite and Aero Marine molding & casting products and now I probably will not be using it anymore. While cost of parts between the 2 methods is debatable on which is better; I have the printer and several spools of plastic so it doesn't make sense for me to go back to casting, but I will add what the estimated cost per part is. Plus with how few parts I end up needing, printing them makes more sense to me. (Also I didn't always get good results by casting)

Anyways these are the parts that I have made so far.
    • 1972-1977 Nishijin Model B Track cover
    • 1973 Nishijin Model B Playfield Rebound bumper cover (simplified)
    • 1973-1975 Nishijin Model B Playfield Rebound bumper
    • Round shooter rebound bumper (designed for 1964 Heiwa but should fit various 70's machines as well)

In the works (well what I want/need to make)
    • 1972-1977 Nishijin Model B rear tray (will be 2 parts)
    • 1964 Heiwa ashtray
    • 1964 Heiwa lens

As a note all the parts that I upload I have printed, tested, and designed specifically for 3D printing. So there shouldn't be any problems with them. (if there is let me know and I will try to fix it)

I will be posting a few more replies of the parts individually with my print specs, pictures, .STL and solidworks files. (If you want another file format tell me and I can probably make it)
