Its says the red machine (heiwa) has a problem with the shooter. Probably blown B1F board Hope it's something simple though.

Its a CR model CRルパン三世X so it doesn't have the B1F board, see pics in this listing

Not sure what it's problem is. It shoots the balls, just not hard enough to reach the play area. I'll tinker with it when I have some free time.

Well thats great news! I take it the B1F boards were discontinued before this Heiwa frame series?

Not sure what is wrong with the shooter. It is working, but it does not hit the balls with enough force to reach the play area. Guess I'll have to tinker around with it a bit and see what I can do about it.

post a pic or two the the back, lower left section of your machine.. there should be a knob or dial to adjust the shooter force... someone with more knowledge then me can help

One of these tiny knobs should adjust shooting force, the other should adjust the touch sensor sensitivity.

That did the trick! Although the balls are not going as far as I would like, they are now making it to the play field!!! Thanks!!!

Check for clean ball paths and clean and free solenoid (if this model has one)

That did the trick! Had some kind of build up on the ball paths that was somewhat sticky. Cleaned it and shoots great now. Thanks everyone for all the help!!!
