Found a Pachislo arcade.

On a busined trip to Philidelphia I wnt to play pinball at the University Arcade on the University of Pennsylvania campus at the corner of Spruce and 40th. To my supprise they had about 6 game token dispensing Pachislos. They did not dispense tickets. It was
Way cool. I live in pachislo unfriendly California so this was a big suprise. There must be others, post others below.

That is really cool! I'll have to keep that in mind if I ever head down that way. Can anyone go there or do you need to be a student? Sadly, there are not any pachislo arcades in my area.

They started out with a few pinball machines in a laundry mat until the games were making more money than the laundry.

Anyone can play but they do not want kids there late at night. Thanks pachi_slot for the google map link. The neighborhood is tricky to get around and there is a jug handle that you have to find to get on the one way street back to I-76. Also watch out for streetcars.
