Keys innside !

Hi, I'm a french new user...yesterday I closed my door with keys Inside....I can see a small "window" at the back of the pachislot, put my hand into, but can't find where I can open the door Inside....If someone can help me it would be great !!!!! Help and thanks a lot from France. Fred

there is a long brass colored latch on the left side that needs to be moved, use a flashlight to find it beforehand.

I keep my keys on a retractable cord attached to the back of the cabinet.

Please make sure the machine is unplugged before putting your hand inside.

You'll need to focus on the area of the lock and then both up and down from there. Start by trying to grasp the steel bars or frame parts and pulling up on them. Don't force anything. It should give quite easily. Most machines lock shut in several places and utilize a bar-type lock for this purpose. Turning the key in the lock forces the vertical bar upward and unhooks it from its mate on either the door or the frame. Sometimes you'll be able to easily find that hook and just move it up an inch or so. As the hooks are on a bar, this will release all of the locking mechanisms at once.

Trial and error will get that door open. If not, provide us the name of the machine and we may be able to help.
