Default Eleco delsol machine cj error

I have cleaned the coin acceptor and coin dispenser. Cant see any issues with damage. Any thoughts? There are about 10-20 coins in the dispenser now but the results are the same with it empty.

Be certain there are no tokens in the coin mechanism at all. It might be a good time to remove the mechanism from the door and clean/lubricate anything that appears to need it. Lastly, polish any pitted metal the tokens need to travel past, check the electrical terminals, re-attach the mechanism and then do a full reset.

If that doesn't do the trick, your problem is beyond my area of expertise.

Thanks for the pictures and suggestions. I cleaned everything with electrical contact cleaner and blew it off. I will recheck now that I can see what the sensors do. The coin hopper will turn by hand but it is a bit tight. I have never seen it turn on its own for what its worth.

They tend to be tight. Often you will find a button or switch on your power supply that will activate the hopper to spit out tokens.

My guess though, is that the problem has to do with the acceptor not the hopper.

If the problem was with your hopper, you should be getting some type of error code such as, HJ, HE, HO.

A "CJ" error code is a coin mechanism problem.
