Eva 5 won't start

My EVA 5 pachinko has some trouble with bootin up. It keeps flashing and talking to me.
I posted a video from it below.
Am i facing problems with the door switches or do i have to look to something different?

Can you post a clear picture of the error message in the front please. I'm better at reading than hearing. It's a bit small on an iPhone

Also so have you tried the multiply reset buttons Sankyo have in their frame and cels. It's certainly asking for you to press a button (スイッチ) of some sort. You may have to play- Match the Kanji

The 3 slider locks on the back were not fully slided to the locked position. After i found this out the machine came to life.

Yes it is fully functioning now!
The combination of closing the sliders and pushing the reset buttons did the trick.
