Well I kind of figured you were in America I meant that there might be someone here that could help in person close to you.Anyhow I think I have a skype account somewhere so that might work if it comes down to it.

So I tried to start up my machine with the start pocket sensor blocked by my ball guage and was not able to replicate the problem. I'm going to have to put some more thought into this one.

What does it do, when the bottom payout tray is full?

It plays normally when the bottom tray is full and rear tray is full. Even though the siren is going off, and the 7s stop spinning, I can still keep playing, and it still pays winnings. It just won't stop the sirens! !! If you watch the video, that is what happens as soon as I plug it in, with full trays of balls.

Sorry, I shall rephrase that. If the bottom tray is full, (ie you have won 1000s of ball) There is a hidden switch that when the bottom tray is full should trigger an alarm or warning telling the player to empty the tray. Is that switch working ok?

So I played with my machine a little this weekend without success. Tried starting it up with the start pocket sensor unplugged, did not trip an alarm. I also replicated the conditions Drunkenclam described by overfilling the jackpot and overflow and turning the machine on. The only thing that happens is the ball feed and shooter are disengaged, and the payout motor stops preventing any jackpots until the balls are cleared. No alarms were tripped. Back to the drawing board.

Well I don't know actually, I'll have to try it. It just seems a little complicated for a "ball empty" error.
